Justin Bieber mingled with a host of stars at a basketball event yesterday (20.02.11).

The 16-year-old singer sat with Rihanna, Beyonce Knowles and Lenny Kravitz as he enjoyed the All-Star game, hosted by The National Basketball Association (NBA) at Los Angeles' Staples Centre.

A couple of days earlier, the 'Baby' hitmaker had taken to the court in a celebrity competition between the Eastern and Western Conference, with the West team winning with a score of 148-143.

The current league organisation, introduced in the 2004-05 season, divides thirty teams into the two conferences of three divisions with five teams each.

Justin was named Most Valuable Player on the West team, which also included Rob Kardashian, 'Chuck' star Zachary Levi, rapper Common, 'Modern Family' actor Ty Burrell, Jason Alexander and rapper Lil' Romeo, and was coached by Magic Johnson.

During yesterday's game the teenage star enjoyed chatting to Barbadian beauty Rihanna, who was celebrating her 23rd birthday and gave a performance during half-time.

Other stars in attendance were Beyonce's husband Jay-Z, Dustin Hoffman, Arnold Schwarzenegger and 'American Idol' judge Steven Tyler.
