Kasabian wowed fans with a breathtaking mountain top show in Austria last night (04.04.13).

The indie rockers stunned guests as part of the Barclaycard Arctic Disco at the Snowbombing Festival in the snow-capped peaks of Mayrhofen with a unique high-altitude gig to a crowd of 450 at.

Kasabian - Serge Pizzorno, Tom Meighan, Chris Edwards, Ian Matthews and Jay Mehler - will follow up their avalanche-inducing performance, which took place at dusk outside an igloo village, as they take to the main stage today (05.04.13) to headline.

Snowbombing founder Gareth Cooper was thrilled the band agreed to perform and thought it would boost the experience for visitors.

He previously said: ''One of the world's best live bands playing in a small Austrian village is what Snowbombing is all about; delivering a unique, intimate festival experience in amazing surroundings and venues.''

Example, Katy B and Rudimental are among the performers during the week-long festival, which ends tomorrow (06.04.13).

Snowbombing is Europe's largest snow and music festival, with guests being treated to live music on mountain top stages from world class acts after they spend their days skiing/snowboarding at the resort.
