Label bosses behind dance Djs Kaskade and Deadmau5 have launched legal action against online sensation Michelle Phan over copyright issues relating to the music she uses in her popular YouTube.com videos.

They filed suit in a Los Angeles court on Wednesday (16Jul14) and are demanding all profits from her YouTube venture.
Phan's Internet success led to endorsement deals with soda brand Dr. Pepper and cosmetics giant Lancome, in addition to landing the 27 year old her own make-up line.
