Kate Middleton is reportedly ready to make "family-friendly" renovations to her and Prince William's home at Kensington Palace ahead of their first anniversary on April 29, 2012. Royal insiders tell People magazine that the couple "have babies on the way".
Numerous factors have led to the rumour mill going into overdrive as of late, especially the couple's decision to shelve a planned trip to Africa. Another is the Palace's sensitive reaction to the most recent pregnancy speculation. In the latest issue of People magazine, a family insider says watching their friends become new parents has helped "boost" William and Kate's decision to follow suit and start a family. A royal source said the couple are unlikely to announce a pregnancy before the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebration this summer but will "let nature and life take its course". It seems even a waxwork model of the Duchess of Cambridge is enough to whip the crowds into a frenzy, with photographers and camera crews jostled for position on Wednesday morning for the unveiling of Kate and William's Madame Tussauds creations in London.
