Kate Middleton and Prince William turned heads at the Thirty Club's exclusive dinner event at Claridge's Hotel in Mayfair, London, this week. The Duke and Duchess have recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary and Kate was looking stunning, in a cream, floor-length gown, which is thought to have been designed by the French fashion designer Roland Mouret.
The dress featured a dramatic split up the front, showing off the Duchess' legs, though she stopped short of indulging in any Angelina Jolie-style leg flashing, being the demure socialite that she is. Fashion experts have suggested to the Telegraph that the dress is most likely one specially designed for the Duchess, as it hasn't been seen on any of Mouret's catwalk shows. Kate stepped carefully out of the car that took her and her husband to the event, being careful not to fall foul of any over-zealous paparazzi and waved to fans, before entering the high-class dinner event. The Thirty Club was established over 100 years ago and is comprised of elite members of the advertising and media industry.
Now that William and Kate have celebrated their first year of marriage together, there is much speculation over whether or not the couple plan to have children. However, a royal insider recently suggested to the media that Kate has enough on her plate worrying about her errant sister, Pippa Middleton. Pippa was recently questioned by police in Paris over an incident in which one of her friends apparently brandished a gun at a photographer. Pippa has now been cleared of involvement in the incident.
