Michael Jackson's mother KATHERINE is "seriously considering" suing the late King of Pop's physician DR. CONRAD MURRAY for wrongful death.
The matriarch's attorney Adam Streisand has revealed the doctor's lack of funds is the only thing standing in the way of a trial, and he's just waiting for the right time to file on behalf of Katherine and Jackson's three children Paris, Prince Michael and Blanket.
Streisand tells TMZ.com he's hoping Murray goes ahead with a $300,000 (GBP187,500) unpaid wages lawsuit against Jackson's concert promoter AEG Live, because "at least then we'd have some money to take from him".
Investigators looking into Jackson's death have focused their case on Murray, who stands accused of administering the powerful prescription drug Propofol to the superstar prior to his death on 25 June (09).
Los Angeles authorities have yet to file any charges against Murray over the tragedy, which was ruled a homicide in August (09), but Jackson's siblings and parents insist the doctor is "responsible" for the tragedy.
