Katy Perry can't wait to have children.

The 'Firework' singer - who married comedian Russell Brand in October 2010 after dating him for just a year - says the couple are keen to start a family together and insists her kids will always take priority over her career.

She said: "I want to have kids! I'm totally fine with saying that. I think some people are worried it's going to ruin their career, but I want to live a full life."

Katy also claims she knew Russell was the right man for her the first time she met him because they had so much fun together.

She said: "Everything clicked really fast. We kind of instantly got past all the surfacey stuff. And ever since then, there hasn't been a dull moment."

Katy, 26, also revealed how she used to hate her famous breasts when she was younger because they were too big but has learnt to love them.

She said in an interview with America's Elle magazine: "When I was a kid...I had enormous boobs that I didn't know what to do with. I wore minimisers, which were not cute. Those thick-a*s straps! I got made fun of for the over-the-shoulder boulder holder.

"All I wanted was to look like Kate Moss. Little did I know my breasts would come in handy someday."
