That service is actually available to anyone who can pay for it, not just celebrities. In any case, though, I wouldn't say it's snobbery on his part if he got to the plane late, unless, of course, he deliberately got to the airport late. The last time I flew I ended up waiting a couple hours in the line to get scanned at the Baltimore airport. I was a full hour earlier than recommended, yet still had less than a minute to spare getting on the plane. All that, and no checked baggage as an issue. Mind you, I'm nowhere close to celebrity status; I'm just trying to get from point A to point B. Is it too much to ask?
