Kim Kardashian thinks she has become more reclusive during her pregnancy.

The 32-year-old reality TV star - who is set to give birth to her first child with her rapper boyfriend of more than one year Kanye West in early July - admits she and the 'No Church In The Wild' hitmaker ''live very different lives'' and she wants to respect their growing family's privacy.

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star told The Sun on Sunday newspaper's Fabulous magazine: ''I'm definitely more of a recluse since I was pregnant. But I haven't necessarily decided to hold myself back, it's just preparing myself for respecting the privacy of my child and my boyfriend.

''We live different lives, but I love being open. That's who I've always been. That will never change because that is who I am.''

The brunette beauty is worried about raising her child in the spotlight but is comforted by her younger half-sisters Kendall, 17, and Kylie, 15, as they have grown up on reality TV.

She said: ''It does worry me when I think about it.

''My little sisters have grown up so amazingly, with really good heads on their shoulders.''

It was previously revealed that Kanye, 35, wants Kim to quit reality TV as soon as their baby is born to focus on becoming a respected actress or fashion designer.

A source previously said: ''Kanye wants to maintain his private life.

''Kanye thinks the reality shows are a waste of time, and contribute nothing. He wants Kim to focus on her fashion designs, and maybe pursue an acting career. But he wants her to quit the reality shows.''
