Glee star Kristin Chenoweth has sent a message of support to the cast of Broadway show How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying following the death of a stage hand on Wednesday (22Jun11).
Daniel Radcliffe, who leads the cast in the production, was forced to appear on stage to tell theatre goers the show had been cancelled after an unnamed 29-year-old worker suffered a cardiac arrest backstage and died on his way to hospital.
Officials are now investigating the death amid allegations the man suffered a drugs overdose.
Chenoweth, who is a regular on the New York stage, was shocked to hear the news and has offered her condolences over the tragedy, writing in a post on Twitter.com, "Praying for the family of crew member and cast of How To Succeed."
