Kylie Minogue was sure to include her fashion disasters in her book.

The pop icon has released 'Kylie/Fashion', celebrating 25 years of her style through her career, but was sure to keep some of her ill-advised sartorial choices in the tome as well as her most iconic looks.

She said: ''Some of the fashion disasters are still in there. I didn't lose them all. It was interesting looking back at all the shots. There were definitely a few fashion disasters, darling, disasters,

''But hey, most people can relate to that.''

Many of the outfits included in the book are from Kylie's music videos and stage outfits, including the infamous pair of gold hotpants she wore in the video to 'Spinning Around' and the white hooded catsuit worn in the 'Can't Get You Out Of My Head' clip.

Writing in the book, design duo Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana admitted they love working with the Australian star, and particularly enjoyed her 2011 'Aphrodite' tour.

They said: ''For us, it's always a pleasure to create something special for our little princess. In the 'Aphrodite' costumes, Kylie truly looked like a goddess.''
