Kylie Minogue is reworking a collection of her classic hits for a special compilation to mark the 25th anniversary of her music career.
The Australian pop star will release the album next year (12), and she debuted new versions of her singles All The Lovers and On A Night Like This at a gig in London on Thursday night (10Nov11), according to Music Week.
Minogue told the audience, "I've been at (recording studio) Abbey Road for about two weeks in total. Not just for this, I've been working on a project for next year.
"Next year's my 25th anniversary (in music) so we've been recording acoustic and orchestral versions of a number of my hits."
The star launched her pop career in 1987 after shooting to fame in hit Aussie TV soap opera Neighbours.
