Glam rocker JANI LANE is facing more legal woes - the singer has allegedly missed two scheduled court dates after he was hospitalised with a mystery illness.
The former Warrant frontman pleaded no contest to a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) last year (09) and was sentenced to two days in jail and 36 months probation, as well as alcohol education classes and community service.
He was scheduled to appear in court on 23 February (10) for a progress report, but failed to appear at the session, according to TMZ.com.
Lane is also reported to have missed a rescheduled date on 24 February (10), and a warrant was allegedly issued for him.
A lawyer for the star tells the website the Cherry Pie hitmaker has been in hospital recovering from an unspecified ailment and won't be available to appear in court until next week (beg08Mar10).
