Avril Lavigne is officially single - her divorce from Sum 41 rocker Deryck Whibley was finalised on Tuesday (16Nov10).
The pop punk filed papers to end her marriage last year (Oct09) and the documents have now been signed by a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge, reports TMZ.com.
The former couple wed in 2006.
Lavigne is now dating reality TV star Brody Jenner.
