Singer Leann Rimes is in mourning following the death of a close friend.
The Blue hitmaker took to her Twitter.com page on Tuesday (10Jan12) to share her grief with her online fans.
In an emotional post, she writes, "R.I.P to a dear friend who's (sic) life was taken way too soon. What a sad day. Hug those you love a little tighter today."
