Matt LeBlanc has quit smoking for a second time after taking up the habit again to help him cope with the end of FRIENDS in 2004.
The actor stubbed out his nicotine addiction years ago, but turned back to cigarettes while filming the finale of the hit U.S. TV show, and seven years later he is finally giving up.
He tells Britain's Marie Claire magazine, "It was so stressful. We were all kind of clinging to each other - 'Let's all go and have a smoke'. So I said, 'Alright, I'll have a smoke. I'll have one.' But you can't have just one."
And LeBlanc is determined to ditch smoking once and for all now, admitting during the magazine interview: "I have the patch on."
