Rapper Lil B is lacing up his sneakers and trying out for a spot on a professional U.S. basketball team.
The rising star and avid athlete will show off his ball skills on the court during an open tryout in Burlingame, California during the weekend of 17 October (12) in order to play for the National Basketball Association's Golden State Warriors, who are based in Oakland.
Lil B, real name Brandon MCCartney, hopes he will make the cut.
Announcing the news in a post on Twitter.com, he writes, "I wanna let you know ima (sic) be trying out for the NBA Golden State Warriors in October let's stay... positive".
