Lil Wayne has been banned from flying by his doctor.
The 'Lollipop' rapper is under strict instructions not to board any jets for the time being after two seizure-like incidents last week on back-to-back flights, which led to him being hospitalised, but he is now resting at his mother's home.
Sources close to Wayne told TMZ the 30-year-old rapper - whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. - has been ordered to rest until at least next week, so he's not allowed to work on his forthcoming 10th album 'I Am Not a Human Being II' nor board any aircraft.
Wayne has been checked by nurses on a regular basis since being released from hospital and he is due to return to his Miami home shortly via a luxury bus.
The rapper - who has described his medical scare as a ''life-changing event'' and an ''eye-opener'' - suffered ''seizure-like symptoms'' on a flight last Thursday (25.10.12) which saw his private jet forced to make an emergency landing in Texas.
He was rushed to hospital as soon as the plane touched down after the pilot radioed in to say the 'No Worries' hitmaker was suffering a seizure.
Wayne then reportedly suffering a second seizure a day later while flying from Texas to Los Angeles and his jet was diverted to Louisiana where he was admitted to a local hospital.
A representative for the rapper has since revealed he had suffered ''severe migraine and dehydration'' rather than a seizure.
Following his medical scare, Wayne took to his twitter account last week to thank fans for their support.
He tweeted: ''Thanx for all the prayers! I am good (sic)''
