Lil Wayne is asking a court to make a judgment in his favour after he was sued by concert promoters over a missed gig in the Bahamas.
Red City Entertainment bosses accused the rapper of passing out drunk in his hotel room and failing to perform at a gig on the tropical island in 2008.
They sued Wayne for the return of his $210,000 (£131,250) advance payment, as well as $222,000 (£139,000) for expenses and fees.
But the Lollipop hitmaker denies the allegation - and now he's asking a judge to make a ruling in his favour.
In new legal documents obtained by Tmz.com, the rapper states, "At no point did I become so intoxicated that I passed out on a bed in my suit (sic), or anywhere else."
The hip-hop star also claims the real reason he did not take to the stage was because the show had been called off.
