Rapper Lil Wayne has settled his legal battle with the bosses of a promotion company over his alleged failure to play a 2009 concert.
Chiefs at Red City Entertainment accused the Lollipop hitmaker of getting drunk and sleeping through his scheduled performance in the Bahamas four years ago.
The rapper denied his antics were to blame for the cancellation of the show, but promoters filed a lawsuit against the 30 year old, real name Dwayne Carter, Jr., seeking $432,000 (£270,000) in damages.
Both parties have now reached an undisclosed agreement out of court. The case was thrown out on 8 January (13), reports Tmz.com.
