Actress Linda Blair is convinced her leading role in The Exorcist left her cursed, because she has struggled to make it as an adult star after finding fame aged just 14. The 47-year-old, who played REGAN in the 1973 horror classic, is jealous of SIR Anthony Hopkins' career rejuvenation after he terrified audiences as HANNIBAL LECTOR in The Silence of the Lambs. She tells New York Daily News, "Why can Anthony Hopkins play the other most horrific character in film history, then go on to do wonderful dramatic, romantic leads and so on? "And with me, they are much more difficult, and that hurts my feelings. "For me, I think The Exorcist has been a very interesting cross to bear."
