Funnyman Jon Lovitz is facing a breach of contract lawsuit from bosses at the Los Angeles Dodgers for allegedly failing to pay for three premium seats he purchased.
The Stepford Wives star reportedly bought three 'Dugout Club' seats two years ago for upcoming seasons, but executives at Dodgers Stadium claim the star has fallen behind in his payments.
They filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday (24May10), revealing they cancelled Lovitz's seats in April (10) because of non-payment for the current season.
The papers, obtained by celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, state, "On or about April 20, 2010, Plaintiff gave written notice to Defendants... that the agreement was cancelled for nonpayment."
Lovitz allegedly owes $95,400 (£63,600), and the L.A. Dodgers' officials are also seeking costs.
