Madonna has given up alcohol while she is on her 'MDNA Tour'.
The 'Turn Up the Radio' singer is feeling the strain on her mammoth run of shows which reaches Brazil at the weekend but she has made several lifestyle choices to keep her in top health.
Madonna made the decision to quit booze before embarking on the tour at the end of May but she admits six months without a tipple is starting to get tough.
Speaking on Brazilian TV show 'Caldeirao do Huck', she said: ''Since my tour started I haven't had one drink, absolutely nothing. My life is so boring right now. I might have one when I get to Brazil though.''
Madonna - who has taken her children, Lourdes, Rocco, David and Mercy, on the road with her - is looking forward to some time off when the tour ends on December 22 in Argentina.
The 54-year-old pop superstar is already planning what she wants to do when she is free of work and top of the list is long sleep.
Speaking about what her ideal day would be, she said: ''A perfect day for me would be to sleep really late; sleep eight hours at least without anyone waking me up, just wake up naturally. Have breakfast, which would be lunch, with my children, and then I don't know, depends on the weather. If it's nice sun, ride my horses, go to the beach, swim in the ocean, spend time with my children. I also like to get a massage and full body beauty treatments.''
