Picture: Swedish film star Malin Akerman leaving the Arts Club in Mayfair London, England - 12.06.12
Actress Malin Akerman loved her permed hair look in Rock Of Ages so much, she named her wig Sharon Stone.
The Watchmen star, who plays the journalist lover of Tom Cruise's rocker alter-ego Stacee Jaxx in the new movie, admits she always dreamed of having a perm - and the film gave her the chance to model a new style.
She says, "I loved it. I so badly wanted a perm as a kid but my mom wouldn't let me, which I'm happy about it in hindsight. To be able to finally have a perm... I can check that off my list.
"It was a wig because to stand and curl my hair every day would've taken hours. It was great; I kind of missed it when it was gone. I missed that volume! We called it The Sharon Stone."
