A New York judge has issued an arrest warrant for a man accused of stalking Donald Trump's pregnant daughter IVANKA after he missed a court hearing on Friday (04Feb11).
Justin Massler was arrested and charged with six crimes, including stalking in the third degree, last year (10) after allegedly bombarding the businesswoman with disturbing emails and messages via Twitter.com.
A judge ordered Massler to undergo weekly psychiatric treatment and banned him from approaching Ivanka Trump and her famous family for two years.
He was a no-show for his latest court hearing on Friday, but his lawyer, George Vomvolakis, explained he was stranded in Las Vegas because he "can't afford" the flight to New York.
A bench warrant was then issued for Massler's arrest, reports the New York Daily News.
