Sir Paul McCartney is set to marry his fiancee NANCY SHEVELL in the same venue he wed first wife Linda.
The Beatles legend is reportedly planning to walk down the aisle for a third time with the New York socialite this weekend (17-18Sep11).
And in a poignant nod to his beloved first partner Linda - who died of cancer in 1998 - McCartney and Shevell will become man and wife at the Westminster Register Office in London, where he first wed the photographer in 1969.
The pair is shunning a lavish wedding in favour of a family party at his English countryside retreat, with a second bash to follow in the Big Apple, according to Britain's The Sun.
MCCartney's second marriage to Heather Mills ended in a messy divorce in 2008.
