After three weeks at the top of the box office, Marvel/Disney's The Avengers slipped to second place over the Memorial Day holiday, brought down by Sony's Men In Black 3 . Over the four days, MIB3 collected $69.5 million versus $47.2 million for The Avengers , which dropped just 15 percent in its fourth weekend . In a three-way battle of $200-million-plus blockbusters, Universal's Battleship came in third with $13.9 million, a figure that would have sunk it had it not been for solid overseas ticket sales. Paramount's The Dictator was close behind in fourth place with $11.5 million. But with a budget of just $65 million and strong overseas sales, it is likely to assure Sasha Baron Cohen another starring madcap role. In its third week, Warner Bros.' Dark Shadows fell just 25 percent to place fifth with $9.4 million.
