I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS. IT DOESNT MATTER WHICH WAY THIS TURNS OUT. THE FACT REMAINS; MURRY GAVE MJ THE PROPAFAL. IF HE FELT MJ WAS UNHEALTHY HE WAS WRONG. IF HE FELT HE WAS HEALTHY HE WAS WRONG. THE OUTCOME IS THE SAME. PUT HIM AWAY FOR BEING AN UNFIT DR. HE DIDNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO DO CPR.

one has to ask........what is the defense hoping to prove?? If they prove that he was indeed sick at the last weeks of rehearsal then what the HE!! was Murray doing giving him all those drug cocktails?? As his physician, said to be onsite at many rehearsals and caring for him in his home how could he NOT TELL IF in fact what they hope to prove is true?? They are screwed either way as IF they could prove that Michael did in fact administer the fatal dose then Murray would still be held liable for the lack of care, leaving Michael not only unattended on a drug you are NEVER to leave full view of the patient while administering, but to leave the medication in site and within reach.... no way..... my daughter has been put under with propofol many times and she NEVER snaps out if it rapidly enough to be alert enough to administer ANYTHING... she doses off and on for at least half an hour.

Another waste of time and resources for California taxpayers. Murphy is the killer of MJ directly or indirectly. After all, he was the Doctor in charge of MJ's care. However, he was too busy taking care of his own business instead of Michael. Now his legal team is grasping at straws, like the movie footage, to try and find anything to distort the allegations against him. Pathetic.

I am speechles this judge is such an ASSHOLE!!! Qhta a bunch of bastards , pricks, grubbers, crooks and many more including judge Pastor whatever his fucken name is!!!!! I hate them both We fans should do something about this fishy trial , it's a big slap on our faces and the jackson family!!!What the reherasals has nything to do with Michael's death?? NOTHING AT ALL!!! MURRAY THE FUCKEN KILLER HAD KILLED MICHAEL NOONE ELSE WHAT A BUNCH OF DESPICABLE SHMACKS AND LIERS murray the dirty prick is laughing at us and walking free!!! Sadly, this has nothing to do with caring about Michael. The more time they can put between Michael's death and the trial the more they're hoping people will forget like Anna Nicole Smith. I don't care how sick this film footage might show Michael to have been; that has NOTHING to do with the fact that Murray put an IV in him loaded with a dangerous drug and left to chat up his girlfriends and Michael to die alone!
