Miranda Kerr thinks ''health is wealth''.

The Victoria's Secret supermodel has revealed she works hard to maintain her toned body, especially since the birth of her son, Flynn, in January 2011.

The Australian catwalk queen told British VOGUE: ''Working 16, 17 hours, you need to know how to take care of yourself or you'll fall off the wagon. I know it's clichéd, but I feel health is wealth.''

She has also admitted to an exercise regime of daily yoga and Pilates to help keep her baby weight off.

She said: ''I was lucky for a while there, I just did yoga. Now I'm exercising a whole lot more, but it's for my job.''

Miranda, 29, swears by daily supplements, including noni and aloe vera juices, goji berries, chia seeds and maca powder. She joked: ''It is a lot of work!''

Model-turned-businesswoman Miranda is the face of Kora Organics since founding the skincare range in 2009, and now hopes to expand overseas after its success in her native Australia.

She explained: ''It's unrealistic to think that someone has the perfect life, because nobody does. I am very lucky and I recognise that, but I can't feel bad about what I have, because I worked very hard for it.

''I especially worked hard pushing out that baby, I'm no rocket scientist - that would be something to be really proud of - but I'm doing my bit the best way possible.''
