Rapper Mos Def has disappointed fans in Australasia by mysteriously axing his tour of the continent.
The hip-hop star was scheduled to kick off a series of gigs in Auckland, New Zealand on Wednesday (19Jan11), with subsequent dates scheduled for Australian cities including Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne.
The start date had already been altered once before - a concert in Melbourne on Sunday (16Jan11) was cancelled at late notice too.
Mos Def has yet to comment on the cancellations.
New dates are expected to be announced within a week.
