LATEST: Jimi Hendrix's flares, John Lennon's glasses and Bob Dylan's harmonica are the latest lots to be added to an auction of the iconic music memorabilia next month (APR07). The items will be sold alongside U2 star The Edge's guitars at the event to raise funds for the victims of 2005's Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Hendrix's trousers are expected to fetch up to $9,750 (GBP5,000), while Lennon's spectacles and Dylan's harmonica are expected to go under the hammer for $4,875 (GBP2,500) and $1,170 (GBP600) respectively. A receipt signed by late Nirvana star Kurt Cobain, Cher's wig and a guitar designed by the Rolling Stones are also up for grabs at the Hard Rock Cafe, New York City sale on 21 April (07).
