Embattled music mogul James Rosemond has been indicted for the 2009 slaying of a man in New York City.
The 47 year old, who was earlier this month (Jun12) convicted on a total of 13 counts relating to his involvement in a drug trafficking ring, was officially accused by prosecutors on Friday (22Jun12) of ordering someone to gun down Lowell Fletcher, who previously served two years in jail for assaulting his then-14-year-old son, James Rosemond Jr.
Five other accomplices were also indicted in the slaying, which took place in The Bronx, New York in 2009.
Rosemond, who is also known as Jimmy Henchman and previously managed the careers of rapper The-Game and R&B stars Akon and Brandy, is currently behind bars awaiting sentencing on the drug charges.
