Singer Nancy Sinatra has launched an angry Twitter.com attack on her late father Frank's widow for banning her from the singer's deathbed, calling her stepmother "evil personified".
Nancy observed the anniversary of Ol' Blue Eyes' passing on Monday (14May12) and took to Twitter to reveal she still hasn't forgiven former Las Vegas showgirl Barbara for keeping her from her father during his final hours.
The These Boots Are Made for Walkin' hitmaker claims Barbara denied her the chance to see her father in his last moments in hospital.
In a series of posts, Nancy writes, "14 years ago today my father died and I was not given the chance to say goodbye. I will never forgive her for that. Never... Karma is too good for her... Did then and continues to hurt us today. A horrible human being.
"He asked, 'Where are my children?' and his children didn't know (he was dying). She is evil personified. (I wasn't allowed to visit) because then obits couldn't say, 'He died with his wife by his side.'"
And when asked by one follower whether the My Way legend would want her to still be angry at Barbara, Nancy declared, "Believe me, he would understand this."
Music icon Frank died of a heart attack in 1998, aged 82.
