Rap sensation Nicki Minaj has been fined by Jamaican authorities for swearing during her performance at a weekend music festival - she's been ordered to pay just $11 (£6.90).
The Moment 4 Life hitmaker ignored warnings about profanity penalties at the Reggae Sumfest in Montego Bay and uttered a number of expletives while onstage on Saturday (23Jul11), the final night of the week-long event.
Her bad behaviour prompted cops to slap her with a fine for 1,000 Jamaican dollars - but the sum translates to a paltry $11.
Minaj's lawyer appeared in court on Monday (25Jul11) to enter a guilty plea on behalf of the star and settled the fine.
But the penalty was the last thing on the rapper's mind when she completed her set at the festival.
In a post on her Twitter.com blog, she wrote, "Omg (oh my god)!!! I swear I just had the Time of my Life @ ReggaeSumFest in Jamaica!!!!! Jamaica I fell in love tonite (sic)! Wowww!!!!"
