British mod group Ocean Colour Scene have axed a series of shows to allow frontman Simon Fowler time to recover from a throat infection.

Seven concerts on the band's U.K. tour have been rescheduled for the end of the month and the middle of November (12).

The news comes after Fowler pulled out of an acoustic show with bandmate Oscar Harrison in St. Helens, England on Saturday (20Oct12).
