While the domestic box office failed to cure itself of the blahs last weekend, the foreign box office remained relatively robust, with Resident Evil: Retribution remaining on top for a second week with $30.5 million. Its foreign total now stands at $103.8 million. According to Box Office Mojo, The Expendables showed no signs of becoming expendable as it earned about $12 million to push its foreign gross past the $200-million mark. Continuing its surprising climb, the R-rated Ted also pushed past the $200-million Threshold. It had earned an additional $220 million domestically, to bring its worldwide count to more than $420 million.
