Sky-high drama series Pan Am and Ricky Gervais' new comedy Life's Too Short are among the nominees for the upcoming international Rose d'Or TV awards in Switzerland.
Pan Am, starring Christina Ricci, received a nod in the Best Series category, while Life's Too Short will compete for the Best Sitcom trophy at the prizegiving, which celebrates the best in global television.
Another high profile competitor is Page Eight - starring Bill Nighy, Rachel Weisz and Sir Michael Gambon - which leads the Best TV Movie category, while other nominations come from countries including Belgium, Israel, Canada, Norway and South Korea.
The Rose d'Or Festival takes place from 6-10 May (12) in Lucerne, Switzerland.
