Crocodile Dundee - Paul Hogan Heading Down Under For Australian Stage Show
The actor, who now lives in America, began his career on Aussie comedy sketch program The Paul Hogan Show before shooting to fame in 1986 Hollywood movie Crocodile Dundee, and now he is preparing to head out on a tour.
An Evening With Hoges will include comedy and anecdotes from Hogan's colourful 40-year career, however, the star insists the shows will not feature any mention of his long-running battle with Australian tax authorities, which was finally resolved last year (12).
He says, "I have signed a legally binding ceasefire agreement. If they (the Australian Taxation Office) leave me alone, I will leave them alone and that is it... as long as they don't misbehave."
The 73 year old adds of the tour, "I've lived an extraordinary life so it will be a lot of fun. Being on stage and doing a whole show, I haven't done that for 30 years or so."
The An Evening with Hoges tour kicks off in Canberra on 19 November (13).
