Hit dance act Pendulum have vowed to quit touring in 2012 to take a much needed break.
The six-piece drum-and-bass band has enjoyed a stellar 12 months, performing at festivals around the world.
But the group's singer Ben Mount told revellers at Britain's V Festival in England on Sunday (21Aug11) they are ready to step out of the limelight after continual performances.
He told the crowd, "We want to thank everyone who has supported Pendulum over the last five years. We're going to take next year off to make a new album and then we'll be back in 2013. We look forward to seeing you all then."
