Jeremy Piven is building up his fitness after a bout of mercury poisoning last year (08) - by taking up yoga.
The Entourage star was ordered by doctors to pull out of Broadway play Speed-The-Plow in December (08) after he fell ill from eating too much raw fish.
He has since made a full recovery, aided by his new-found love for body-bending meditation.
Piven, who plays Ari Gold in the hit TV drama, tells Men's Fitness magazine, "I loved the way it made me feel. It opens you out and you get great twang. It's incredible. Ari's got some quick-twitch anger, and to do that repeatedly you have to come from a place of stillness. It's so funny because I'm naturally kind of calm. To be healthy you have to have those dualities in your life."
