Quentin Tarantino is set to make his movie debut in China - Django Unchained will become the first of the director's films released there.

All of his other movies, including Inglourious Basterds, Pulp Fiction and the Kill Bill franchise, have been banned by censors, but his acclaimed new slave western will open across the nation on 11 April (13).

The film has already become Tarantino's most successful worldwide, raking in over $400 million (£250 million) since its release in December (12).
