Legendary producer Quincy Jones has been called to testify in the ongoing legal dispute between Girls Gone Wild creator JOE FRANCIS and casino tycoon Steve Wynn.
The pair has been embroiled in a court battle since 2009 over an alleged $2 million (£1.2 million) gambling debt Francis owed to the Las Vegas casino boss.
Francis was then ordered to pay $7.5 million (£4.7 million) earlier this year (12) after Wynn filed a defamation lawsuit against Francis, claiming his reputation as a businessman was tainted by remarks the soft porn mogul made about him.
Now the warring parties are heading back to court - this time over allegations Wynn threatened Francis through email correspondence.
According to court documents, obtained by Tmz.com, producer Jones was shown the alleged email by Francis, and now Wynn wants the star to testify over the matter at a trial slated to begin next week (27Aug12).
