R. Kelly is launching a 'Love Letter Cruise'.
The 'Bump n' Grind' star is planning a five day trip across the Caribbean next year, which will see him perform nightly, as well as other entertainment he has chosen, including salsa dancing and a fashion show
He tweeted: "Come aboard and join me as I sail away on my first annual Love Letter Cruise."
The cruise will be a round trip on the liner 'Destiny', departing from Miami, Florida, and taking inGrand Turk , Half Moon Cay, and Nassau in the Bahamas.
A statement on the website for the cruise states: "An exciting time awaits you on Carnival Cruise Line 'Destiny', as R. Kelly presents a fabulous performance, never seen before at sea. Enjoy delicious cuisines. Work up a sweat at the 'Stepping Class', Sign up for the '12 Play' Basketball Game."
Kelly recently announced his return to singing after undergoing surgery to have an abscess on one of his tonsils drained earlier this year. Kelly is currently working on his next album, which will be called 'Black Panties', and will have a markedly different style to his last record, 'Love Letter', seeing him return to the mid 90s sound which initially made him famous.
He said: "I just did the whole 'Love Letter' joint and everybody thinking, 'Well, that's the direction he going now. No, that was a moment in time. Now this 'Black Panties' album, I think it'll be an R&B-like thriller album, if you will."
Tickets for the cruise - which departs on October 1 next year - cost between $999 and $2,999.
