Lamb of God star Randy Blythe has been given a boost after his wife flew to the Czech Republic to visit him in prison.
The singer has been incarcerated in Prague since last month (Jun12) when he was arrested in connection with the death of a fan two years ago (10).
The rocker remains behind bars as his lawyers fight for bail to be granted, and his wife Cindy flew in from the U.S. to visit him this week (beg09Jul12) at the Pankrac Prison in Prague.
Speaking to reporters outside the facility, she protested her husband's innocence, saying, "It was really good to see him. I miss him very much and I really hope... that we'll be together again soon. So this was a special day, getting to see him...
"I think it's terrible what happened - that the kid lost his life and his family lost him - but I believe he (Blythe) is innocent. That's what I believe."
Bythe is accused of pushing the man off stage at the band's gig in the city. The 19-year-old fan reportedly died of a brain haemorrhage two weeks later.
