Rihanna returned to the stage in London on Sunday night (08Jul12) just two days after her grandmother's funeral in New York.
The pop star cancelled a headlining appearance at Spain's Rock In Rio festival in Madrid on Thursday night (05Jul12) following the death of her beloved grandmother Clara 'Dolly' Braithwaite and she jetted to the Big Apple to attend the service in Brooklyn on Friday (06Jul12).
There had been fears Rihanna would also scrap plans to appear at London's Wireless Festival in Hyde Park, but she honoured the commitment by taking to the stage as planned on Sunday - marking her first performance since her sad loss.
She thrilled fans with renditions of her hit songs, and after the gig she wrote in a post on her Twitter.com page, "Wireless I'm still bugging about how awesome the UK waz (sic) 2'nt (tonight)."
