Beatles - Ringo Starr Is World's Richest Drummer

The Beatles legend Ringo Starr has been named the world's richest drummer ahead of Phil Collins and Dave Grohl.
The veteran musician came top in the list compiled by website Celebritynetworth.com with an estimated fortune of $300 million (£188 million), with Genesis star Collins coming in second with $250 million (£156 million). Former Nirvana drummer-turned-Foo Fighters frontman Grohl is third with $225 million (£141 million).
The top five is rounded out by The Eagles rocker Don Henley and Metallica's Lars Ulrich in fourth and fifth places respectively.
Other drummers to feature in the top 10 include U2 star Larry Mullen and The Rolling Stones' Charlie Watts.

of course he is. he was an already accomplished studio artist prior to the beatles!!!!! the manager who not have fired pete best, if ringo wasnt such a pheonmal*player!!! it was his talent that enveloped him. so all you nere sayers, put the battering where it belongs. where the sun don t shone and finally leave him alone to enjoy his family and life
