Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will not attend the four official Twilight conventions set for Detroit, San Antonio, Parsippany and Los Angeles - key dates on the promotional schedule for the final movie 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2'.

Stewart hasn't been seen in public since her affair with Snow White director Rupert Sanders was revealed, though Robert Pattinson has made numerous television appearances. Nevertheless, neither star has decided to attend the conventions, with organizers Creation Entertainment telling Zap2it.com, "The passion and dedication of Twilight fandom has been amazing and we're out to throw one last giant convention, a final gathering to see old friends that have made up the Twilightfamily.Although Rob, Kristen and Taylor will not be with us this time out we will have a super line-up of other Twilight stars and the weekend will be filled with special events, movie prop and costume displays, contests, panels, auctions, parties, exclusive merchandise, music and much more, including some surprises!" Robert, Kristen and Taylor Lautner attended official conventions in 2011, in promotion of the penultimate movie in the vampire franchise.

Pattinson reportedly spent time at pal Reese Witherspoon's Californian home when news of Stewart's affair broke. He remerged last week to promote his new movie 'Cosmopolis' and awkwardly avoided speaking about the breakdown of his relationship.
