Ryan Gosling has been nominated for two Golden Globe Awards.

The 31-year-old star is up for Best Comedy-Musical Actor for his performance in 'Crazy Stupid Love' and the Best Drama Actor gong, which George Clooney is also in the running for thanks to his work in 'The Descendants'.

George has also been nominated for Best Director in a Motion Picture and Best Original Screen play for 'Ides of March', which sees him star alongside Ryan.

'The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo' also received two nods for Original Score - which was compiled by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross - and Rooney Mara is up for Best Drama Actress.

But all films are behind the 'The Help' after the motion picture picked up six nominations, including one for its lead stars Jean Dujardin and Bérénice Bejo.
