Scarlett Johansson fears she suffered permanent damage while shooting her bruising new action film The Avengers as she will be nursing her injuries "for years".
The Hollywood beauty is reprising her Iron Man 2 role as the Black Widow in the upcoming blockbuster epic and insisted on performing her own stunts, but she is starting to regret being so physically committed to the film.
Johansson says, "The training was really tough. I'm still broken. I will be having injuries for years. You don't want to turn up and find they just shoot the back of your head because you don't look the part. You want the director to be able to use as much of you as they want so that's where the training comes in."
