Scarlett Johansson's lawyer has threatened legal action against anyone posting naked images of her online after some pictures were leaked onto the internet yesterday (14.09.11).
Scarlett Johansson has threatened legal action against anyone posting nude photos of her online.
The actress' lawyer, Marty Singer, has issued letters to websites running the pictures - which include one of her topless and another of her standing in a towel covering her front but exposing her bottom in a mirror - after they hit the internet yesterday (14.09.11).
According to TMZ, the attorney's statement explains the images are "stolen copyright protected private photographs", adding: "The highly personal and private photographs at issue capture our client self-posing in her own home in a state of undress and/or topless. If you fail to comply, you will be acting at your own peril. Please govern yourselves accordingly."
The FBI were called after the photos were thought to have been attained by hackers gaining access to the 26-year-old beauty's computer or mobile phone and leaked onto the internet.
